Today brings happy thoughts, smiles, and special memories that all trace back to you. You are in our hearts everyday. Our lives change from year to year but never our love for you. It broke our hearts to lose you, but we know you're nearby to laugh when we talk to you and comfort us when we are sad.

The family of Anthony Joseph Cappuchi, Sr. is deeply appreciative for the kindness shown and the words of consolation expressed during its recent bereavement. The floral tributes, spiritual bouquets, sympathy cards and memorials are a source of comfort in these very difficult days.

Though their smiles are gone forever, and their hands we cannot touch, we shall never lose sweet memories, of the ones we loved so much.

We think of you in silence, we often speak your name , all we have are memories and your paintings in frames. Your memories are our keepsakes with which we'll never part. God has you in His keeping, we have you in our hearts.

Mom,It's hard to believe 20 years have past, it seems like only yesterday but our memories will outlast. A butterfly, a yellow rose, sweet whispers in the wind. All wonderful reminders of you that will never end... You left us so quietly your thoughts unknown. You left us memories we are proud to own. So continue to treasure her Lord, in your garden of rest. For on this earth, She was one of the best.

William J. Gebo, 90 died surrounded by family on January 18, 2017. A veteran of World War II, he served aboard the U.S.S. Shangri-la CV-38 as a Seaman 1/C from 1943 to 1946. Bill was honored by an official burial at sea ceremony which took place on September 29, 2017. Conforming to naval tradition, the ship was stopped, colors displayed at half-mast, and the participating officers and crew were paraded in the service dress blue uniform just 220 miles South West of Cadiz, Spain. The Ship&apos;s Executive Officer, Commander Joe Fals, served as the Master of Ceremonies. The ship&apos;s Chaplain, Lieutenant Mike Taulbee, presided over the religious ceremony and the committal. Allen Siegrist served as the guest speaker as well as the Presiding Officer. In addition, a three person rifle squad with Officer-In-Charge, urn bearers, and an honor platoon were formed from the crew of the USS James E. Williams. The ceremony included a traditional 21 gun salute as well as a prayer service. Bill was a brave and loyal sailor, as well as a loving husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Emily Wolfram Gebo, and his three daughters, Cynthia (Peter Sohl), Sharon (Glenn Witkum), and Stacie (Michael Kisiel). Bill is also survived by seven granddaughters, Valerie Witkum, Krista Witkum Hannon, Mallory Sohl, Melanie Sohl, Emily Kisiel, Allison Kisiel, and Olivia Kisiel. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren, Ava Klemm, and Emma Witkum; and nephews and niece, Kevin G Kittredge, Stephen F Defeo Jr, and Sherylann Smith. He was predeceased by his parents, William and Mary Gebo, as well as his three sisters, Gertrude Kent, Claire Kittredge, and Shirley DeFeo.
