  Chlorophyll is our December 2024 Colour of the Month - we have gone for a festive classic (and a very apt shade for Plant-Ex Ingredients)! Chlorophyll is a natural pigment responsible for the green colour of many plants and algae. It is primarily sourced from plants such as Grass, Spinach & Alfalfa. This product is our go-to green natural colour for food & beverage products.   It has been a very exciting week for Plant-Ex Ingredients as the team from around the world gathered in the UK for our Global Sales Meeting which was a great opportunity for the team to share their ideas, progress and future plans for 2025 and beyond. The two days consisted of presentations from our sales, marketing & applications departments, along with demonstrations from the development laboratories, and site tours to show our Polish & Turkish sales team the huge expansions in operational capacity. Of course, a selection of post-work wine and cocktail tastings along with a competitive axe throwing evening (won by Turkey) provided a great team bonding week. Here we are participating in an interactive demonstration from our Senior Flavourist. Great to see the team together and sorry to see our colleagues go home, but we are more focused than ever on our Colours and Flavours delivery experience - bring on 2025!
